It’s hard to choose my favourite Vietnamese food. It’s probably pho, but very close to that are Vietnamese spring rolls – Cha Gio. They often feature in a Vietnamese banquet style meal, where you have oodles of delicious things to choose from. There’s the fresh, roll your own variety in which you layer things like herbs, noodles and shrimp, and there’s also the crispy and delicate deep fried variety. Who doesn’t love deep fried?!
